Is your "Bucket List" Shallow or Filled with Meaningful Direction?

Recently & at age 67 (the twilight of my existence), I belatedly prayed & asked God to
help me finally do His bidding & thus achieve any goal He might have had for my life
when He made me.  

This, I believe is His answer:  
I can give my life meaning by helping others leave a lasting Christian Legacy!

The Lord, believe, put this on my heart:

It's about a movie (saw advertised, though I've not seen it), The Bucket List,
which features Jack Nicholson and Morgan Freeman.  

Blue-collar mechanic Carter Chambers (Morgan Freeman) and billionaire hospital
magnate Edward Cole (Jack Nicholson) meet for the first time in the hospital after
both have been diagnosed with cancer. They become friends as they undergo their
respective treatments. Chambers in his youth had been "broke, black, and with a
baby on the way" and thus never rose above his job at a body shop; wishing at one
time to have become a history professor. Cole is an eccentric loner, four times
divorced. He quickly befriends Chambers.

Both are diagnosed with a year or less to live. Chambers begins writing a "bucket
list," or things to do before "he kicks the bucket." While not a serious list of
intentions, he is goaded into going through with it when Cole discovers the list. Cole
pushes Chambers (by suggesting he add things like seeing the world, sky diving etc),
and promises to finance the trip. Despite the protests of his wife, Chambers agrees.

The pair then begin an around-the-world vacation, embarking on race car driving, sky
diving, climbing the Pyramids, and going on lion safari in Africa. Along the way they
discuss faith and family...  

But,...Did they plan to leave a meaningful legacy?

Most of us, at one point or another (usually at the end of our days),
reflect upon our deeds, acts, & accomplishments; thinking about
whether or not our lives have been as meaningful as they should have.

If you are in the position of wanting or needing to attempt to obey the
Lord and give your life the real meaning it should have, join with others
who have the same goal, that we might help each other achieve the
simple and great tasks and obey the Lord's wishes:
to do justice, to love kindness,
And to walk humbly
with our God!

Brief List of Talents Needed:
Are you willing and able to get on your knees & join with us & others to ask God for
guidance in helping us seek to find our true purpose & then work to attain that purpose?
Do you need help?  Will you accept help?  Will you try to help others?  Can you lead or
follow?  Can you manage or follow direction?  Can you speak out publicly?  Will you join
with other individuals to make a massive show of dedicated individuals attempting to
make the world a better place?
